The Commission
It began in an atelier at seven in the morning: a hand-embroidered veil, four seamstresses, and no one else in the room.
By night the same veil was moving across cobblestones under street lamps. We shot the walk at a slow shutter and kept the blur.
The series remains the most requested reference in the studio's portfolio.
